Model 306BL is built to meet or exceed current ASTM D2240 Specifications for Type B durometers.
The durometer measures the indentation hardness of rubber, elastomers, and other rubber-like substances, moderately hard rubber, paper products and fibrous materials.
The durometer can be used either with a test stand, hand-held or with a constant load weight. Please refer to the stand selection guide for the appropriate accessories. The classic style Durometer comes complete with carrying case, test block and magnetic max hand.
