The ANDITORK bottle or jar opening tester is specially designed to measure opening torques for bottles and jars. It is equipped with grip plate that holds products from 0.5 to 8 inches in diameter. The rubber-coated gripping fingers are adjustable quickly using a travel knob. Torque readings can be made by tightening or loosening it, and the RS232 output can be used to save the data to a PC.
The ANDITORK First is specially designed to measure opening/closing torques in production. Its ease of use makes it an invaluable tool for measuring the maximum torque:
Models | Torques | Accuracies | Resolutions | Diameters |
Anditork FT 10 | 0 - 100 lb in | 0.5% FS | 1 lb in | 0.5 to 8 in |
Optional: ANDITORK instruments are fitted with grip fingers as standard |
The ANDITORK Easy is the most popular model due to its set point functions and its ability to communicate with a PC or a printer:
Models | Torques | Accuracies | Resolutions | Diameters |
Anditork EA 3 | 0 - 25 lb in | 0.5% FS | 0.002 lb in | 0.5 to 8 in |
Anditork EA 6 | 0 - 50 lb in | 0.5% FS | 0.005 lb in | 0.5 to 8 in |
Anditork EA | 10 0 - 100 lb in | 0.5% FS | 0.01 lb in | 0.5 to 8 in |
If the cap has a safety ring, the test can be carried out using the ANDITORK Star, which measures both the break (first peak) and the opening torque (max torque).
