3-channel Temperature and Strength datalogger and transmitter
Gaia 300 is dedicated to wireless concrete temperature and strength monitoring. It introduces innovative features, including integrated Bluetooth® capability, internal memory backup, and three Type K thermocouple channels.
- Retrieve past data effortlessly in areas with poor or no coverage, with integrated Bluetooth® capability and internal memory backup.
- Enable precise insights into concrete curing by simultaneously monitoring three points with Gaia 300’s three channels.
- Experience 24/7 real-time insights into the concrete curing process, reduce the need for additional specimens and monitor directly inside the in-place structure for enhanced efficiency and accuracy.
Gaia 300 & Type K Thermocouple
Gaia 300 revolutionises concrete monitoring by integrating wireless technology with industry-standard probes for the lowest cost-per-monitoring. Connect the thermocouples to the transmitter, embed the cable tips in the structure, and experience continuous, precise measurements. The device transmits the temperature readings wirelessly to the cloud using the Sigfox network or via Bluetooth®.

Installation process

1. Install thermocouples Secure the thermocouples with cable ties at the positions you want to monitor.

2. Connect transmitters Plug the thermocouples into the wireless transmitter to start the continuous data transmission.

3. Pour concrete Cast the concrete and start the software monitoring to follow the curing process in real time.

4. Get real-time results Access the data remotely inside the Maturix In-situ software and stay updated with alarms.

or Connect and sync data Connect and manually sync the data with Gaia 300’s Bluetooth and internal memory backup.
