The AUTOMAX ULTIMATE is CONTROLS’ latest Automatic Computerized Control Console for concrete, cement and steel rebar testing, allowing modular upgrades from basic failure tests to advanced displacement-controlled tests for Fiber Reinforced Concrete characterization. Its versatility allows to connect up to four testing frames, from 15kN to 5000kN, in compression and 500 kN in tension with the capability to test any kind of material and sample dimensions.
The automatic computerized control console has been built with user comfort and testing efficiency as the main priorities. You can easily adjust its height and move the machine to your desired location ensuring that you work in a comfortable work environment and make the most of your lab’s space. It’s flexible, allowing each operator to adjust it individually in a few simple steps.
The AUTOMAX ULTIMATE to perform the widest range of tests, from basic failure tests (compression, flexure, splitting, tension) through to cyclic tests for Elastic Modulus and Poisson’s Ratio determination and up to advanced displacement controlled tests on Fiber Reinforced Concrete (FRC) and tensile test on steel rebars by adding the suitable accessories and enabling the dedicated software modules.

Software
Main software MULTITEST allows:
- Remote control of the whole system and automatic execution of test including: fast approaching, zeroing, test execution, numerical and graphical management of test results, etc.
- Active frame selection via software.
- Printing and saving of customized test reports both for single and batch tests in Excel format.
- Multi-language selection, customizable with a further local language (only latin characters).
- Automatic load measurement verification procedure including data acquisition and printing of traceable calibration certificates, when the PC is connected to the digital readout unit (here no tinlcuded) and the suitable load cells the use of 4 software packages each one tailored for a specific test method.
DATAMANAGER software package (included) for compression, indirect tensile, 3 points and 4 points flexural tests on different types of specimens.
