Marshall/CBR/Proctor Sample Extruder – Hand Operated

Marshall/CBR/Proctor Sample Extruder is designed to extrude specimens easily and quickly from Marshall and CBR, standard and modified proctor moulds. Constructed from stell, the extruder is supplied complete with a manual hydraulic jack and 2 pcs. adaptor to extrude specimens from Ø100 mm (4”) and Ø150 mm (6”) dia. Proctor, CBR and Marshall moulds.

Moulds can be easily fitted by dedicated bracket support that can be adjusted in order to match the right height of the mould to be extract.

Adaptors with different sizes and moulds/sampling tube should be ordered separately if required.

• Easy to use fitting system for Mould positioning and support it once the specimen has been extruded
• Other dimension of moulds and sampling tube can be extruded simply adding dedicated adapter kit (ring and tip ejectors)
