Pressure filter 4.2gal 10"dia

The batch 4.2 gallon, 10” diameter pressure filter is designed for batch filtration of lab scales quantities of slurries under pressures of 60 to 75 PSI.

The filter is tested at 80 PSI, but normal operation pressure is up to 75 PSI.  The filter is available in carbon steel construction or 316 and 304 stainless steel construction.

It features a 10” diameter by 14” height removable cylinder; base comes fully machined with threaded bottom and side discharge ports, a swing away lid for easy filling and emptying.

The filter comes fully assembled.

Also included are ¼” NPT quick connect air coupling for air supply.

One standard polypropylene filter cloth with nominal 25µm pore opening.

One package of 100 high wet strength filter papers ( 25µm pore openings).

Pressure gauge, petcock valve for charging and discharging air, safety relief valve.
