These vibrating feeders, with their electro-permanent magnetic drive, can feed practically any bulk material from μ size to bulky chunks. A transformer type controller regulates feeder speed by varying applied voltage. Control is stepless from 0 to 100% of capacity, with excellent linearity. Will feed from ounces to tons per hour. The completely enclosed drive element is dust and moisture resistant. Each model comes with one feed tray in a choice of three sizes; rectangular pan shape in mild steel construction. Optional tray styles are tubular, half round, 90 degree V-shape, and stainless steel rectangular. Dust lids are also available. Special order items include trays with screens, grizzlies, abrasion resistant liners, and heated liners. Electrical for 115v/ I ph/ 50-60hz; 230v or460v also available.
