Lindberg/Blue M offers a selection of 1500°C General Purpose Tube Furnaces with integral control designed for a range of applications that require processing flexibility with fast heat-up and recovery.

Energy efficient Moldatherm insulation increases temperature uniformity, improves energy efficiency, and helps to maintain low exterior cabinet temperatures during operation.

Features:

• Accommodates 1", 2" and 3" O.D. process tubes (customer supplied)
• Silicon carbide heating elements and Type "R" thermocouple combine to maintain temperature stability at 1500°C
• Microprocessor-based PID programmable control (proportional, integral, derivative) prevents overshoot
• RS-485 communications port available as an option

Digital, 16 Segment Programmable Controller

• 1 program with 16 segments for ramps and dwells.
• Adjustable high limit overtemperature protection
• Simultaneous LED display of actual temperature vs. setpoint
• It May be configured to display temperature in either °C or °Fa

Digital, 300 Segment Programmable Controller

• 300 segments, up to 30 with 99 segments each for ramps (up and down) and dwells (timed holds) each
• Adjustable high limit overtemperature protection
• Simultaneous LED display of actual temperature vs. setpoint
• It May be configured to display temperature in either °C or °F

Option B Overtemperature Control (OTC)

Adjustable digital overtemperature control protects the furnace and load in the event of primary control circuit failure. Available on selected models with "B" designation; see chart.
