Question : What is the delay for equipment service?

Answer : Approximately 1 week for all instruments certified in our lab

Question : Can Geneq do rush jobs?

Answer : Yes we can! +35% additional charge is added to the service cost.

Question : Are there any document to fill when applying for service?

Answer : Yes, its quick and easy. Just fill out out service form below.

Question : Do I need the RMA (Return Merchandise Autorisation)?

Answer : No

Question : Do you accept payment by purchase order?

Answer : Yes if you have an account with us. If not, Visa, Mastercard or company cheque will be admitted.

Question : How long does GENEQ keep unclaimed instruments?

Answer : GENEQ reserves the right to dispose of any products belonging to a customer that has not been picked up or claimed after a period of one year in our offices.


Our Service Department is made up of qualified specialists who have many years of experience in equipment maintenance. Our commitment and dedication to our clients prompt us to attend training programs with different manufacturers in order to meet the needs of new technologies. Our technicians offer complete calibration and repair services for your measuring instruments.

Geneq is a specialized service center for a large number of well-known brands and cooperates on a day-to-day basis with manufacturers in order to offer a better service.

Get a quote for calibrations or/and repairs

All you need to do is:

  • Complete the Services form
  • Include the form with each instrument requiring our services
  • Ship the instrument via your assigned carrier.

Following receipt and evaluation of your instrument(s),we will contact you to inform you of the results. Please note that 3 to 5 days are necessary to evaluate a product sent to Geneq Inc.
