The Chipmunk Jaw crushers 

The Chipmunk Jaw crushers are smaller (2.25”x 3” and 2.25” x 4”) and capable of reducing friable material, including ore and minerals to 1/16”. Standard jaw and cheek plates are abrasion resistant steel. Manganese steel plates are available as an option.

The Chipmunk Jaw Crushers are capable of reducing friable material, including ore, minerals and chemicals to 1/16” . They feature a rugged construction, are designed to absorb shock and impact in constant use applications. The crushers is constructed of rugged cast alloy steel with bronze bearings. All parts are easily accessible. Maintenance is easily accomplished and cleanup is relatively simple and quick. Standard jaw and cheek plates are abrasion resistant steel, however manganese steel plates are optionally available. The discharge opening can be easily adjusted by a hand wheel, to easily select the desired product particle size. A feed hopper is included with each crusher, as are flywheel, belt guards, V belts, grooved pulley, TEFC motor and sample pan. 220 or 440 V/3ph/ 60Hz or 380V/3ph/50 Hz.

Badger Jaw Crusher

The Badger has a 5” x 7” jaw opening, with a capacity of reducing 4” x 6” quartz particles to -1/4” at a rate of 1,300 pounds per hour. This large capacity laboratory jaw crusher features a small ‘footprint’ design, with an overhead mounted motor to conserve lab space. Features of this crusher are a heavy duty fabricated steel frame, heavy duty, heat treated reversible jaw and cheek plates, heavy duty spherical roller bearings, easy hand wheel jaw adjustment, and all Badger crushers are furnished with motor and starter. A feed hopper is included with each crusher, as are flywheel and belt guards.
