Sepor’s Laboratory Cone Crushers are small capacity cone crushers that will reduce 1/2″ and smaller material to -10 mesh in a single pass. Typical capacities are 250 lbs./hr. for the 6″ cone crusher and 500 lbs./hr. for the 10″ cone crusher. Refer to table below for actual capacities achieved on various ores. The product from the cone crusher is ideal for feed to a ball or rod mill; laboratory pulverizer; gravity concentration testing; sizing analysis or sampling.

These cone crushers are durable, ruggedly constructed machines to meet many demanding pilot plant or laboratory applications. Adjustment for varying the product size is quick and easy. These cone crushers feature fabricated steel inner cylinders, lower main frame and coincidental axes are held in a fixed relationship. The upper main frame includes a threaded cap that houses the precision manganese steel concave and provides an accurate means of adjusting the crusher setting. A pan shaped precision manganese steel mantle is bolted onto the cast metal machined head. A forged steel eccentric shaft rotates on heavy duty anti-friction bearings. Spun metal feed chute assembly provides a means or handling large feed samples automatically.

The optional fabricated steel crusher base assembly (stand) with product discharge drawer is also available.
