Description

Les résines coulables sont des résines monomères qui utilisent un catalyseur ou un durcisseur pour la polymérisation.

La polymérisation entraîne la réticulation du polymère pour former un montage relativement dur. Les résines coulables ont également l'avantage de permettre l'enrobage simultané de plusieurs échantillons en même temps, ce qui augmente le débit.

Polyester resins are similar to acrylics and can be submerged into water during the curing cycle in order to reduce the exotherm temperature and shrinkage.
