The concrete test hammer Digi-Schmidt combines classic Proceq Original Schmidt with a display unit that can measure and display the test results directly. With the Digi-Schmidt, various parameters such as the direction of the strike, the form factor and time factors as well as carbonation depth are easy to adjust. The Digi-Schmidt is available in the versions ND and LD.

  • Automatic compression resistance calculation using integrated conversion curves.
  • Registration possibility customized conversion curves.
  • Large easy to read display.
  • Ability to evaluate, store and transfer data to a PC with the software ProVista.

  • Model ND: With an impact energy of 2207 Nm, the ND suitable for concrete parts with a thickness of 100 mm or more.
  • Type LD: With an impact energy three times lower, LD suitable for concrete elements of a thickness less than 100 mm or for faux stone elements.
  • Both are ideal for routine measurement of high volume and for the detection of weak spots in the concrete as well as to control the consistent quality of concrete.
