Specifications
Caution: Furnaces handling combustible materials must be equipped with a fire suppression system in accordance with National Fire Protection Association Standard 86. If flammable solvents or vapors are present in an oven, OSHA requires compliance with NFPA 86, which defines ovens for these applications as Class a ovens. A forced draft system and other non-standard safety equipment must be added.

Standard equipment
All models
  • 208 volts, 3-phase, 60 Hz
  • 230 volts, 3-phase, 60 Hz
  • 460 volts, 3-phase, 60 Hz
  • Other electrical characteristics available

  • Insulated floor with truck wheel guide rails. Aluminized steel interior and aluminized steel exterior painted in Trilite green enamel.
Electric models
Each unit has a fully wired, side access, UL listed control panel with terminals for power supply, temperature controls, push buttons and pilot lights. The motor starter and heater contactors are electrically interlocked to turn off the heaters if the fan power is interrupted and to allow the fan to operate without heat for cooling. Alloy wire heating elements. 4" diameter exhaust outlet.
Gas models

  • 1000 BTU natural gas at 6" water column pressure, 1" NPT inlet
  • Other gas characteristics available
Control panel as detailed above and safety features as listed on the front of this bulletin. Automatic pre-ignition purge period and push-button electric ignition contribute to ease of operation. The modulating gas burner is protected by an electronic flame safety relay.
TA, TB AND TC SERIES
Airflow combinationThese electric or gas models come in two sizes. They feature a combination of vertical and horizontal airflow for truck processing of different sized parts at temperatures up to 550°F.
TA Series
The 36" x 36" x 60" high dimensions provide 45 cubic feet of work space. Cart rails are 2" wide, 24" center to center. Optional add-on cart holds twelve 30" x 30" shelves at 4" intervals.
TB Series
The 48" x 48" x 60" high dimensions provide 80 cubic feet of work space. Cart rails are 2" wide, 36" center to center. Optional add-on cart holds twelve 42" x 42" shelves, spaced 4" apart.
TC Series
The 60" x 60" x 60" high dimensions provide 125 cubic feet of work space. Cart rails are 2" wide, 48" center to center. Optional add-on cart holds twelve 54" x 54" shelves at 4" intervals.
TAH, TBH AND TCH SERIES
Horizontal AirflowSimilar to the TA, TB and TC series, these electric or gas models feature full horizontal airflow with adjustable opposed louvers on full surface supply and return ducts. They are used when vertical airflow through the load is limited. Ideal for processing flat sheets, coin trays, or when shelves are densely packed.
