- Bareiss - Digi test II
- Modularized tester for Shore, IRHD and VLRH
It's a modularized tester for Shore, IRHD, and VLRH.
The Digi test II consists of 4 major components: the test stand, the loading module (pick-up bracket),the electronic unit, and the interchangeable measuring unit for methods of Shore, IRHD, and VLRH. The highly intelligent Digi test II is equipped with an electronic unit that serves as the main control of the entire system and the display of the user's information for measuring time and method, measurement, and various selectable features.
Hardness testing on convex and concave surfaces
Unlike the conventional hardness testers which are limited to only flat-surfaced samples measuring, the Bareiss Digi test II is making hardness testing on all surfaces possible by using automatic surface detection technology.
In addition to that, we are able to customize our indenter length so that it can reach any point on the sample which is required for measuring.
Sample holders and positioning devices
Bareiss offers a wide range of standard sample holders but we are also specialized in customized holders for your particular products.
Standards
DIN ISO 7619 / DIN ISO 48, ISO 48-2/3/4 / ASTM D 2240 / ASTM D 1415 / NF T 51-174 / NF T46-003-4 / DIN ISO 48-4 / NF T51-174 JISK 6253, DIN ISO 27588
Modular design:
- The whole system consists of 4 major modules, the loading unit, the measuring unit, the stand, and the electronic unit
- The loading unit sits on top of<f the system and is electronically connected to the electronic unit. It applies the required load depending on the type of the test method
- The measuring unit is fully interchangeable for the options of the entire Shore and IRHD ranges. It requires no complicated assembly and weighs from 0.4 ~ 1.7 kg
- The test stand stretches from top to bottom 570 mm and the solid construction provides the best stability for the entire system. This is the key to generating precise measuring results.
