The principle and character of Products’ Work
The instrument has microcomputer control, DC brushless motor, real-time change of SPEED and RCF and Instantaneous centrifugation. In addition, it is allocated various rotors for users to select.
Requirement of the Instrument Installation:
1. The table shall be stability and solid. The four rubber feet of the instrument should touch the table completely.
2. There should be 30 cm between the wall and centrifuge's back, to ensure ventilation and heat elimination.
3. Room temperature has better no more than 30°C to the best performance of centrifuge. Also the humidity should be no more than 85%.
4. The instrument shall be placed where is no disturb of magnetic field and caustic gas.
5. The power shall be 110V-220V as your national setting and use single-phase with separate Earth wire.
Operating Principle:
1. Plugin
2. Switch on power
3. Open the door lid
4. Install the rotor: put in the tube with sample which the value is less than the 90% of tube. The tubes shall be place in symmetry with balance. Close the door.
5. Setup the Rotor Number, the speed, the RCF and Operating Time. For example:
Steps of Setup:
1. Setup the Speed: Press “SET" ->press “A” or “▼”, the cursor shall be blinked where under “SPEED/RCF”^set "4000”^press ENTER
2. Setup the time: Press “SET" ->press “A” or “▼”, the cursor shall be blinked where under “TIME" —>set “20:00”—>press ENTER
3. Setup the rotor No.: Press “SET” -» press “A” or “▼”, the cursor shall be blinked where under ”ROTOR”(only one bit blinked) —»chose No. 1—»press ENTER
4. Setup the Program No.: Press “SET” —► press “A” or “▼”, the memory number has 9 for setting.
5. Setup Acc/Dec: Acceleration and Deceleration is from 1 to 3, 1 is the lowest, 3 is highest.
6. SHORT. If you need instantaneous centrifuges, press “SHORT”.
7. If press the “START”, Centrifuge shall be working. (If you need stop the Centrifuge when it is working, please press the “STOP”.) Centrifuge shall auto stop working when program is over. When speed is 0. You can open the door and take out the sample, then turn power off.
Installation of Rotor:
1. Check the rotor, if it have any flaw or eroded spots.
2. Put some lubricating oil on spindle, install the rotor, screw the nut.
3. The tubes shall be place in symmetry with balance. The error must be less than 1,5g.
4. Screw up the nut cap.

Maintenance:
1 - Spread some butter or vaseline on the shaft of motor per week.
2x If tube is broken or liquid overflows, clean the holders and chamber immediately. 3x Before use, check the rotor in case of any flaw or the spot of eroded appeared. K After a period of time, replace the used test tubes in time.
5' Make centrifuge and rotor located in drafty room if it does not used for a long time. 6, Please plug off if centrifuge does not work for a long time.
Notice:
The centrifuge has electronic lock. If the power was cut when centrifuge is working, or in any other reasons, the door cannot be open, please unscrew by fingertip or any coin and pull it outwards as the photo shown where is in the left (right) side of the machine and open the door.
