Do you have a question?

Test O2 and/or CO2 levels in packages, processes, and more!

The Q30 series is the benchtop version of Quantek Instrument’s latest product line. The Q30 series of analyzers features a color display, menu driven setup and calibration, an optional built-in programable sample pump, and on-board data collection. Everything you need to start sampling is included. As always, all analyzers are backed by our industry leading 2-year warranty.

Use the intuitive interface to begin sampling immediately with no warm-up time. By default, the Q30 powers with a wall adapter (internationally compatible),but a 12-hour runtime battery can be added as an option. The Q30 series is used in hundreds of applications including container spot checks, food packages, bio enclosures/incubators, and many more!

ABOUT THE SENSORS

The electrochemical O2 sensor life is typically 4-5 years, unlike other analyzers with an electrochemical sensor that last 1-2 years. When required, replacement is easy and inexpensive. Both sensors are unaffected by high levels of background gases such as nitrogen.

The infrared CO2 sensor utilizes NDIR technology for maximum stability and has a theoretically unlimited lifespan. Its ultra-low power consumption allows for 10-14 hours of runtime for the analyzer before recharging is required. It has no moving parts, no consumables, and is housed in a compact optical cell. The sensor responds to CO2 only.
